Abstract

To address the issue of insufficient channel capacity in single-signal acquisition systems at industrial sites, this paper designs a multi-channel data acquisition system based on embedded chips. The system adopts a collaborative architecture between a lower-level computer and an upper-level computer: the lower-level computer, centered on the STM32 embedded chip, handles signal conditioning, A/D conversion, filtering, and data transmission for multiple channels; while the upper-level computer software provides functions such as user login, data reception, real-time display, and storage. Employing a modular design, the system offers excellent versatility and flexibility. Test results demonstrate its stable and reliable operation, indicating high application value in industrial measurement and control fields.
